1. Is there a tax or customs fees?

It is very rare that our customers from EU and Canada have to pay for an import tax or customs fee but being that we ship worldwide we are not responsible for any fees that your country imposes on importing packages. Please check with your local customs to see if there will be any fees if you are unsure.

2. Shipping

1)Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of the order date, excluding weekends and holidays. If we anticipate any potential delays in processing, we will notify you within 48 hours of your order.

2)We ship to worldwide countries.

3)Standard Shipping usually take about 15-20 days to be delivered.

4)Fast Shipping usually take about 5-7 business days to be delivered.

4. About the leather and maintain

1) Please using a soft cotton cloth, leather wax or hand cream  to clean the leather, so as not to damage leather, leather goods don't directly in the water to clean. 
2) Avoid prolonged exposure leather, the rain. Avoid contact with acid and alkaline substances,corrosive substances, oil.Avoid direct contact with sharp and hard objects or friction.

3) Sometimes the bags with crzay horse leather may have fold,scar and scratch.They are all normal which belongs to nature feature of this leather

4) Sometimes the bag you finally receive in the poly bag will have fold and scar. It can not totally same as the lisitng photos shows at first, the bag will become in good shape after using for some time.

5. About packing

Normally we will pack the bag in dust cover bag and then in the DHL, FedEx or USPS poly bag for one piece order.

For 5 pieces or more, it will be packed in the box.
