CANCEL/ CHANGE YOUR ORDER
Orders are sent to our warehouses frequently throughout the day for the fastest possible fulfillment and shipping. Therefore, after 12 hours, it is not possible to change or cancel an order once it has been transmitted to a warehouse and begun processing.
For the monogramed bag, it can not be exchanged the monogram information once you placed the order.
Any return or exchange must be within 15 days of receipt. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
During the Christmas shopping season. We permit a longer return time to 30 days of receipt.
Personalized Custom orders cannot be refunded.
Returns are not accepted on bulk orders, unless in the case of damaged or defective items.
Customer need to cover the shipping back return cost, we do not offer return label.
How to return?
In case, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returning or replacement within 15 days of receipt. It is important to contact us for confirmation before returning. The returned item must be in perfect condition for resale, never worn and are in packaging.
How soon will I get my refund?
Concretely, we'll give you a refund for the item price, shipping fee can be refunded only if the bag is faulty or damaged during transit.
We'll refund the item cost as soon as the returned item arrived to us.
Shipping cost can not be refunded.
How to exchange?
If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item to us (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.
Sending fee for a returned item or an exchanged item are payable by buyer. In case you want a replacement, an additional fee is required for shipping of the new item.
